AGL refreshed their Quality Team branding and processes; once again the brief was to take a dry topic and turn it into an engaging animated explainer video. Drawing on inspiration from Nintendo’s Super Mario, these changes were explained in video game form – following one character’s journey, collecting icons and powerups and unlocking time extensions through phone box checkpoints along the way to tell the AGL customer experience story.
